Warranty

Limited Product Warranty

All Dormi products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of shipment, protecting against defects in materials and workmanship, including excessive warping, twisting (beyond acceptable tolerances), or discoloration under normal use and proper care.

Our responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any product found to be defective. This warranty does not apply to products that have been improperly handled, stored, installed, exposed to extreme temperature or humidity, or modified after delivery. Dormi will replace only the materials originally supplied — additional expenses such as finishing, installation, or labor are not covered.

Because all products are custom manufactured to order, changes or cancellations cannot be made once production begins. Dormi guarantees all items will meet the specifications provided at the time of order. Any damages or manufacturing concerns must be reported within 14 days of delivery. All original packaging should be retained for inspection or claim purposes, and Dormi reserves the right to assess all warranty claims before replacement or repair.

This warranty supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied.
