These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) apply to every quotation, order and sale of products by Dormi Doors & Interiors Inc. (“Dormi”, “we”, “us”) and to the use of this website.
1. Quotations and Orders
Quotations are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping charges unless specifically included.
All orders are subject to Dormi’s written confirmation. The buyer is responsible for verifying all quantities, dimensions, colours, finishes, glass, hardware and other specifications from the order confirmation before approving the order.
Dormi is not responsible for errors resulting from measurements, drawings or specifications supplied or approved by the buyer.
2. Payment
Payment terms are as stated on the invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within seven (7) days. Dormi may require a deposit or full payment before production or shipment.
Overdue balances may bear interest at 1.5% per month (18% per year).
Dormi may suspend production or withhold shipment if payment is overdue.
3. Cancellation and Changes
Dormi products are generally custom manufactured to order.
Once materials have been ordered or production has started, an order cannot be cancelled or changed without Dormi’s written approval.
If a cancellation or change is accepted, the buyer is responsible for all materials, labour and other costs already incurred or committed.
Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Production and Delivery
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Lead times begin after Dormi receives all required information, approvals and deposits.
Dormi is not responsible for delays caused by material shortages, suppliers, carriers or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer when the products are picked up from Dormi or transferred to the shipping carrier.
